Players fee: 20 € 

should be payed on Saturday till 5 pm to get the tickets for the dinner.

(fee includes: welcome party + goulash soup, 2x breakfast, 1 dinner, Saturday night party, cheap buffet during the day).

 

Please pay the Team- and players-fee collected for your whole team.

 

Friday evening (Arrival):

Location: Reithmann Gymnasium (Adresse:  Reithmannstr. 1-3 )

 

Important: If you plan to arrive later than 10 pm please contact Bob at least one day in advance via email (krebs.bob at gmail.com) and call him at arrival +43 681 10312584 (doors will be closed, there `s no bell).

 

Welcomeparty: Starts at 8 pm . We will offer you a goulash soup (included) as well as beer and alcohol-free beverages (for fair prices).

 

Breakfast:

starts at 7:30 till 9:30 (please bring your own plates, cups and cutlery)

 

Captains Meeting at 8:45 on the field

 

Games:

will start at 9:00 on both days. 

At least two women on the line;
20 min Game-Time except ranking games (25min);
Maximum score is 13 (Game finished);
1 time-out for the team that takes it first; no time-out within the last 5’;

 

Buffet:

during the day we will offer you cheap drinks, salads, toast, hot sausages, coffee and cakes. To make it easier for you, there will be a “Checklist” at the buffet where you can sign what you eat and drink and you will pay at the end of the tournament.

 

Dinner and Party:

this year both will take place within the school area.

Dinner starts at 7:30 pm, party at 9:00 pm

 

Spirit of the game:

For sure we will vote for the most spirited teams.

 

 

Don’t forget:

 

·       to bring your own plates, cups and cutlery

·       to separate the garbage (plastic, paper etc.) to help us.

·       that it is strictly prohibited to smoke within the building

·       to hand over the Spirit voting sheet after your last game to us.

·       to check the “Lost and Found Box” before you leave.
